About the internship
This role is centered on pre-sales support for a real estate business that helps buyers discover, evaluate, and move forward with the right property options. The internship combines lead handling, consultative selling, CRM hygiene, and visit coordination in an in-office setting.
What you will do
- Engage with incoming leads from portals, campaigns, and referrals, and also reach out proactively to cold and warm prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Assess buyer needs by understanding intent, budget, preferred location, and purchase timeline, then share qualified leads with the field sales or closure team.
- Present properties virtually over calls or video meetings using brochures, videos, floor plans, and offer sheets so prospects can evaluate options without an immediate site visit.
- Keep CRM records up to date by maintaining call logs, lead-status updates, and follow-up reminders, including work done in spreadsheet-based systems.
- Design and manage follow-up sequences based on lead activity and earlier conversations to improve conversion outcomes.
- Arrange site visits by coordinating schedules between clients and field executives and clearly communicating project location, meeting points, and visit expectations.

- Empathetic phone presence and client-facing tone.
- Familiarity with real estate funnels or sales cycles is an advantage.
- Availability to work weekends in a hybrid-shift arrangement.

Compensation and perks
