About the internship
This remote internship focuses on performance marketing support for paid digital campaigns. The selected intern will work across major advertising platforms, contribute to lead-generation and conversion initiatives, and assist with campaign analysis and optimization.

ACNSS (Axe Consultancy and Security Services) is a Chicago-based technology company that offers IT consulting, technology services, and data storage and security solutions for unicorn fintech businesses.
What you will do
- Help create, track, and improve paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Support paid media efforts aimed at generating leads and driving conversions.
- Assist with audience discovery, segmentation, targeting, and retargeting.
- Research high-performing keywords and hashtags to strengthen campaign reach and visibility.
- Review daily campaign results and contribute to performance reporting.
- Participate in A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience groups.
- Work with the content and design teams to build campaign creatives and marketing materials.
- Prepare weekly reports and dashboards using campaign data.
- Study competitors and keep up with new digital marketing trends and platform changes.
- Take on other performance marketing and digital marketing tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
