About the internship
TVL Media is looking for a Personal Branding Intern to help shape the online presence of founders, executives, and other industry professionals. In this role, you will partner with the team to produce engaging content, carry out research, and support clients in building credibility, reach, and engagement across digital channels. The opportunity is well-suited to someone who enjoys writing, storytelling, social media, and personal branding.
What you will do
- Help design and implement personal branding plans for founders, executives, and professionals across industries.
- Study market developments, sector insights, and relevant themes to uncover content ideas and thought-leadership angles.
- Write LinkedIn posts, articles, social media copy, and other personal branding materials.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining content calendars so publishing stays on track.
- Work with clients and internal teams to turn ideas, experiences, and insights into compelling content.
- Review how content performs and contribute to reports with suggestions for improvement.
- Follow industry discussions, competitor moves, and new trends to spot opportunities to strengthen visibility and brand growth.
- Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams on content production and branding campaigns.

Requirements
- Pursuing or already completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, English, or a related discipline.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and verbal communication abilities, along with excellent English proficiency.
- Clear interest in personal branding, content marketing, thought leadership, and social media.
- An active, well-kept LinkedIn profile with a consistent record of posting, engaging, or building a professional presence.
- Understanding of LinkedIn content trends, audience engagement tactics, and professional networking best practices.
- Ability to research information, extract useful insights, and convert conversations or interviews into strong content.
- Hands-on experience creating written content through LinkedIn posts, blogs, newsletters, college work, internships, freelance assignments, or personal content projects.
- Good research, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks, collaborating with others, and meeting deadlines.
- Self-driven, detail-focused, and eager to learn more about personal branding, social media strategy, and content marketing.
- Portfolio, writing samples, LinkedIn posts, personal projects, or similar work that showcases writing ability will be preferred.
- A LinkedIn profile URL must be shared with the application; applications without one will not be considered.

Compensation and conversion details
The internship stipend is ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month. The stipend structure includes fixed pay of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month plus incentive pay of ₹5,000 per month. If converted into a permanent position, the expected salary will be ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 per year.
