Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex calendars and book internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.

  • Assist with team events such as workshops, town halls, and onboarding by managing logistics and follow-through items.
  • Create and format slide decks, status updates, and team communications using templates and guidance from leadership.
  • Use Microsoft 365 tools to manage calendars, files, and communications efficiently.
  • Maintain orderly digital records and apply proper version control to key documents.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and itinerary planning.
  • Prepare expense submissions and purchase requests in line with company policies.
  • Support onsite and offsite event logistics such as room reservations, catering, and visitor access.

Required Qualifications
