Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for an Appointment Setter. The selected candidate will reach out to new and existing clients through phone calls, email, and messaging apps to present Elite Globex services and assess interest. The role requires arranging and confirming meetings for sales consultants, keeping CRM records current, and following up on both inbound and outbound leads. The individual will also handle calendar coordination, manage meeting changes or cancellations, and make sure clients have clear details about their appointments.
In addition, the role includes working closely with the sales team, relaying prospect feedback, and assisting with basic administrative work connected to client outreach and appointment coordination.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and current clients by phone, email, and messaging platforms to introduce services and gauge interest.
- Book and confirm appointments for sales consultants while coordinating schedules efficiently.
- Track and update client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up on both incoming and outgoing leads to keep conversations moving.
- Manage calendar changes, including rescheduling and cancellations, as needed.
- Ensure clients receive clear and timely information about meeting arrangements.
- Work with the sales team and share feedback gathered from prospects.
- Support simple administrative tasks related to outreach and appointment handling.
Requirements
- Strong experience in setting and scheduling appointments, including handling multiple calendars with ease.
- Background in lead generation, with the ability to qualify prospects and build early-stage client relationships.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, along with professional phone and face-to-face etiquette.
- Customer service orientation with strong listening skills, responsiveness, and problem-solving ability.
- Comfort using CRM or booking software, basic office application skills, and strong accuracy.
- Ability to perform well on-site in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and collaborate with sales teams.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or sales support is an advantage but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; further study in business, communications, or a related area is beneficial.
Additional Information
This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and must be performed on-site. The position is full-time.
