What the Role Involves

The Associate eLearning Developer is part of the eLearning Production team and helps build, produce, and maintain high-quality digital courses, instructor-led training materials, and related learning assets. The position calls for creativity, technical capability, and a collaborative mindset to deliver engaging learning experiences on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use tools such as Adobe Audition, Articulate Storyline, and similar software to align audio with visuals, build and tailor layouts, edit course material, and publish eLearning content and supporting assets.
  • Handle the Request for Files queue by preparing editable course files and source materials for instructors and reviewers during the review cycle.
  • Support audio production by preparing narration scripts, creating AI-generated voiceovers, checking audio quality, and embedding audio into learning projects.
  • Manage the Quick Fix Jira queue by evaluating update requests, coordinating with instructors and other stakeholders, applying revisions, and republishing updated courses.
  • Work closely with voice-over talent, content teams, external subject matter experts, and fellow eLearning staff to deliver materials on time.
  • Perform detailed quality checks to identify and fix technical or content issues.
  • Raise issues early and suggest practical improvements to processes and outputs.
  • Keep pace in a fast-moving environment while meeting demanding deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Contribute independently and collaboratively to achieve project goals.
  • Stay organized while managing multiple projects and adjusting to shifting priorities with limited notice.
  • Assist with additional tasks and special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
