Inspired by an active coastal California way of living, the brand blends fitness, creative energy, and day-to-day versatility. The work environment is fast-moving and high energy, and the company aims to encourage clarity, enthusiasm, purpose, and enjoyment in everything it does.
Role overview
Vuori is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join its Digital team and support the development of the next phase of its eCommerce experience. In this position, you will partner closely with senior Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to deliver customer-facing features that influence how people discover, browse, and buy Vuori products online. You will manage your feature area from end to end, including writing user stories and reviewing post-launch performance, while building the product judgment and cross-functional capability needed for long-term growth.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of feature delivery for eCommerce initiatives, including sprint coordination, backlog upkeep, and collaboration with Engineering and Design to launch work on time and to a high standard.
- Support roadmap planning by working with senior Product Managers and bringing together research, market comparisons, and customer input to help guide prioritization.
- Prepare well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature summaries so Design and Engineering can build with clear direction and fewer revisions.
- Work across Design, Engineering, QA, and business partners to align on scope, timing, and success measures, acting as a dependable link between teams.
- Set feature-level KPIs, track outcomes after launch, and use performance data to recommend improvements to the customer journey.
- Communicate status, tradeoffs, and results to stakeholders in a timely and transparent way throughout the product process.
- Build strong knowledge of Vuori’s digital tools and eCommerce environment, and identify opportunities to improve platform capabilities and the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or another digital/eCommerce-related role.
- Practical experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, usable requirements.
- Comfort with data and analysis, including the ability to monitor and interpret product or feature metrics.
- Ability to stay organized and productive when dealing with moderate ambiguity and several parallel workstreams.
- Proven track record of collaborating with Design and Engineering to deliver work on time and within scope.
- Exposure to eCommerce platforms and digital technologies is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
