Hiring is underway for multiple barber positions across different locations in Denmark, with availability to start immediately.

What you will do

You will deliver high-quality barbering services using both scissors and clippers, working in a setting that combines strong technical standards with a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The role is not limited to cutting hair; it is also about being part of a team-oriented culture.

What the client is looking for

• At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on barbering experience
• Strong ability to work with both scissors and machine clippers
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Must hold a European passport

Pay and earning potential

Total earnings are influenced by your experience level, your fixed pay, and the products you sell. Compensation can increase as you contribute more, and salary is reviewed every six months.

Relocation support

The employer will arrange and pay for your flight to Denmark. Accommodation is also provided at affordable rates close to the workplace.

Growth and career path

The company offers a defined progression route from barber to store manager, with the possibility of becoming a part-owner of a store in the future. Training and internal learning are part of the role from the beginning.
