About Park Hyatt Doha
Park Hyatt Doha is looking for a dedicated and skilled Barista to become a part of their esteemed team. If you have a passion for creating outstanding coffee and delivering exceptional guest service, this is an excellent opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including equipment and supplies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and service protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in a comparable customer-facing role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with different coffee beans, brewing techniques, and coffee-making machinery.
- A genuine commitment to meeting guest needs in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
