Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable and dedicated individual to join our New Ross Branch in Co. Wexford. This full-time, onsite position offers a career-building opportunity within the agricultural sector. Reporting to the Area Manager, the Branch Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the safe and efficient daily operations of the branch.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, prompt, and friendly customer service.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships by providing outstanding service and expert advice.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the branch's product range and services.
• Contribute to overall branch operations.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop, yard, and work environment to create a positive first impression.
• Be prepared to assist in both the shop and store yard as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a strong interest in the agricultural sector.
• Possess a friendly, outgoing demeanor with excellent customer service skills and a drive to exceed customer expectations.
• Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Showcase excellent teamwork capabilities alongside the ability to work independently.
• Effectively manage multiple tasks and consistently produce high-quality work in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in IT is required.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in agriculture or farming is advantageous.
• Holding a forklift license is a plus.
