Role Summary

The Brand Coordinator will support the delivery of PÜR’s brand strategy across innovation, product launches, retail, ecommerce, social media, community management, and consumer experience. This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with Brand, Sales, Ecommerce, Creative, Operations, and Product Development teams to help introduce products, support retail programs, manage marketing initiatives, and maintain a consistent customer experience across channels.

The position is best suited for a highly organized, analytical, proactive person who enjoys building content and wants exposure to all areas of beauty brand development. It is especially relevant for someone aiming for a future career in Brand Management, Sales, or Brand Marketing.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and execution of new product launches from the initial concept stage through commercialization.
  • Organize launch schedules, project deliverables, and communication among marketing, creative, sales, operations, and product development teams.

  • Monitor launch progress and keep projects moving according to timeline.

Qualifications

  • Strong planning and project coordination abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
  • Comfort with interpreting sales data and performance metrics.
