Role Overview

Mastercard is looking for a Market Development Manager in Singapore to support new business growth across the APAC region. The role involves working closely with sales and marketing teams to generate opportunities, connect with external decision-makers, and arrange meetings for the sales team.

Key Duties

The position includes outreach through email, phone, social channels, direct mail, and other methods. It also involves planning alongside marketing and sales, attending events and conferences, maintaining data and reports, creating content and copy, and leading introductory meetings with external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a highly driven self-starter who wants to build a career in B2B technology sales. The person should be analytical, open to new assignments, comfortable working independently, and able to collaborate effectively with teammates. Strong communication and writing ability in English is important, and familiarity with Thai or Bahasa Indonesia is considered an advantage.

Experience in sales development or sales is preferred, and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
