OpportunityAdobe is hiring a motivated, energetic, and self-directed Business Development Representative to support its Customer Experience Orchestration sales team in Bengaluru East.This position calls for someone who can engage decision-makers, create interest in Adobe’s solutions, and help convert prospecting efforts into qualified meetings and new business opportunities. The role involves account-based sales development and collaboration across multiple industries, personas, and internal teams.Experience required: 5 to 8 years.What the role involvesAct as the first point of contact for prospective customers and build strong conversations with IT and senior-level decision makers across different sectors.Use inbound and outbound outreach through phone, video, and email to create and nurture pipeline opportunities.Run email campaigns, support webinar and event participation, and follow up with attendees to increase account awareness.Research target accounts, find key stakeholders, generate interest, and uncover opportunities for Adobe’s offerings.Address objections confidently and professionally during prospect interactions.Build trusted working relationships with sales colleagues and other internal partners.Maintain CRM records, Outreach, and related tools so activity is accurately tracked and hand-offs to Account Executives happen smoothly.Stay current on Adobe’s competitive position in the market.Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline targets tied to territory revenue goals.Begin with work across different segments of the organisation and, over time, move into a dedicated account patch as a specialisation develops.What Adobe is looking forDemonstrated success against measurable sales goals in IT or another sales-driven environment.Strong attention to detail for accurate lead management and CRM updates.Confident phone presence, active listening, and clear writing and presentation skills.Interest in sales prospecting methods and enabling technologies.Interest in marketing technologies.Willingness to learn and grow new capabilities.Strong self-motivation with the ability to contribute both individually and as part of a team.Excellent organisation and the ability to perform well in a fast-moving setting.Resilience and persistence in outbound sales work.About AdobeAdobe builds tools and platforms that help people create, improve productivity, and deliver personalised customer experiences.
