This is a fixed-term assignment for up to one year within KPMG Australia’s ASPAC regional team. The role supports a major global operational transformation agenda designed to improve collaboration, consistency, and innovation across member firms. As the Change Coordinator, you will contribute to the delivery of KPMG’s global Integrated Value Chain (IVC) Transformation across ASPAC. The position involves shaping and implementing change approaches that help move the business toward its future operating model while coordinating with both regional and global teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with senior leaders and program teams to encourage adoption of change across the ASPAC region.
  • Manage the full change lifecycle, including impact analysis, communications, training, and business readiness activities.
  • Support deployment through important stages such as pre-go-live, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Adapt change plans to fit local market requirements and strengthen stakeholder participation.
