Role Summary
SDG is hiring a Chat Operator to support chat quality, observe conversation flow, and help improve automated and human interactions. This is a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep track of chat activity for more than 8 hours each day.
- Step in from time to time to reply on behalf of companions when needed to improve the quality of communication.
- Observe and assess how conversations develop between clients and companions.
- Review Copilot output and judge the quality of its responses.
- Spot problems in automated messages and escalate them appropriately.
- Coordinate requests for content such as photos or videos based on client requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comfort with repetitive work and the patience to stay focused over long periods.
- A methodical, organized, and systematic work style.
- Good understanding of customer behavior and the ability to relate to different user types.
- Interest in learning and using AI-based tools.
- Quick learner with a strong willingness to grow.
- Strong written Russian and good English communication skills.
