Core responsibilities

• Design and operate lead enrichment processes in Clay.
• Create ideal customer profiles and segmentation logic for prospect targeting.
• Collect, refine, verify, and standardize prospect data.
• Set up automated systems using Clay, Make, n8n, and AI-based tools.
• Spot buying intent, triggers, and commercial opportunities.
• Contribute to outbound programs by supplying high-quality lead lists.
• Keep data accurate, track results, and document workflows clearly.

Required skills and experience

• Hands-on experience with Clay.
• Ability to research leads and enrich contact/company data.
• Experience defining ICPs and building segmentation models.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Make.com, n8n, or Zapier.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Exposure to prospecting platforms such as Apollo.
• Strong spreadsheet skills, especially in Google Sheets.
• Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

Preferred background

• Experience with outbound tools such as Instantly or Smartlead.
• Basic understanding of email deliverability.
• Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Pipedrive.
• Understanding of APIs and webhooks.
• Prior exposure to GTM or RevOps environments.
