Working pattern

The pubs operate from early morning until late at night, so the schedule offers flexibility. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and late finishes.

Hours per week: 10. Standard shift window: 6:00 to 8:00 every day from Monday through Sunday.

Key duties

• Keep customer spaces, toilets, the bar, kitchen, team areas, and outdoor areas clean to a high standard.
• Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines in line with operating procedures.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
• Track stock levels of cleaning materials and alert the manager when supplies need replenishing.
• Escalate maintenance and pest-related concerns to the duty manager.
• Interact courteously with guests by greeting them and saying thank you and goodbye.
• Take part in induction, job-specific, and refresher training, while supporting ongoing improvement.

Training and progression
