Homestead Land Holdings Limited is hiring a Cleaner for its Brantford, Ontario location. This is an existing vacancy with a 40-hour work week. The compensation offered falls between $38,500 and $43,500 and includes salary plus shift premium.

What you will do

In this role, you will help keep residential spaces clean, safe, and inviting for both residents and visitors. Your work will cover common areas such as lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, amenity areas, garbage rooms, and recycling spaces, while following established cleaning procedures.

• Carry out routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Keep shared spaces, including elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, and fitness rooms, in good condition.
• Clean tenant units after move-out, including bathrooms, kitchens, ovens, and fridges.
• Handle winter snow removal as needed.
• Take on other related duties when required.

To succeed in this position, you should bring prior professional cleaning experience, strong dependability, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to safe work practices. Good communication and strong customer service skills are also important. The job requires the ability to lift up to 20 kg, such as trash bags and cleaning equipment.
