EPIC is looking for a Dealer Customer Success Manager to support large dealership groups as they adopt and scale the National Loan Payoff Clearinghouse (NLPC), powered by EPIC. In this position, you will manage a portfolio of dealer relationships and help improve one of retail automotive's most time-consuming challenges: loan payoffs and lien releases.

What you will be responsible for

  • Manage customer relationships after the sale, guiding dealership groups from initial kickoff through renewal and growth.
  • Run onboarding and change-management efforts so dealers can access NLPC through the web portal and DMS-based workflows with a clear plan for success.
  • Review existing payoff, lien release, and title operations, then help design more efficient future-state workflows built on standardized NLPC infrastructure.
  • Increase adoption across F&I, accounting, title, and operations teams by training users and creating practical, repeatable playbooks.
  • Measure and share business impact in dealership terms, including shorter payoff-to-title timelines, less rework and fewer errors, and stronger profit protection.
  • Spot and pursue expansion opportunities across additional rooftops, departments, and use cases such as leases and equity payouts.
  • Represent dealer needs internally by passing real workflow requirements to product, operations, and integrations teams.
