Role overview

This fully remote Client Lead position is centered on owning a key enterprise account end to end. You will serve as the main daily contact for the client while coordinating internal teams to keep delivery on track, communication clear, and commitments met. The role is aligned to US Eastern Time and is based in Canada.

Key accountabilities

Take full ownership of a high-value enterprise client relationship and act as the primary point of contact on a day-to-day basis.
Work closely with product, engineering, delivery, and operations teams to make sure client commitments are completed accurately and on time.
Turn client needs into well-defined priorities, practical action plans, and organized delivery processes.
Track account health, spot risks or blockers early, and lead corrective action before issues grow.
Handle account planning, including roadmap coordination, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Prepare and oversee client reporting and performance insights so the outputs are useful and focused on value.
Manage escalations and incidents with composure, keeping communication clear and driving quick resolution.
Look for ways to improve delivery efficiency by using modern tools and AI-supported workflows.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in enterprise client management, account management, or customer success within a technology or SaaS setting.
Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders in demanding, fast-moving environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make technical or operational topics easy to understand.
Demonstrated experience working across product, engineering, and operations functions.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a proactive sense of ownership.
Willingness to work US Eastern Time hours regardless of location.
Genuine interest in basketball and familiarity with major US sports cycles such as the season, playoffs, and drafts.
Ability to predict client needs and work independently with minimal supervision.
Background in SaaS, digital media, or sports-related accounts would be a plus.
