Role overview
CuraLinc Healthcare is hiring a high-energy client success professional to oversee relationships with key employee assistance program (EAP) clients in the small business segment. In this role, you will focus on keeping accounts strong, expanding existing relationships, and shaping strategies that support retention and growth.
CuraLinc Healthcare provides mental health support services that combine technology with personalized advocacy to guide employees of leading employers through their care journey.
The company emphasizes a service-first culture where employees are treated with professionalism and respect, and it looks for people who bring strong performance, sound judgment, and integrity to their work.
Primary responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of 150+ small business EAP clients, maintaining regular engagement, strengthening relationships, handling renewals proactively, and spotting opportunities to broaden services in line with client objectives.
- Advise clients on how to get greater value from their EAP and wellness programs by interpreting utilization data and performance trends, then turning those insights into practical action plans. Also oversee program results internally and externally through business reviews, service tracking, and coordination with clinical and operations teams.
- Work with client plan sponsors to design and roll out engagement strategies that fit their culture, including multi-channel communication plans and awareness campaigns that encourage employee participation.
- Coordinate EAP and behavioral health services with other benefit plan components, while serving as a knowledgeable resource for brokers, consultants, and HR teams. Maintain a solid understanding of the product suite, market trends, and competitive landscape to support smooth benefit delivery and clearly communicate value.
- Represent the company at client meetings, health fairs, open enrollment events, wellness workshops, and similar gatherings, presenting program outcomes confidently and reinforcing its commitment to employee mental health.
- Take part in team meetings, cross-functional efforts, and leadership-driven initiatives while contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.
Skills and competencies
The ideal candidate communicates clearly, manages multiple client accounts effectively, solves problems in a consultative way, and stays organized in a fast-moving environment. The role also calls for a self-driven, detail-focused professional who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of relevant client management experience.
- Background in healthcare, employee benefits, or insurance account management is preferred, including exposure to EAP, PBM, UM, wellness, TPA, carrier, or broker environments.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong speaking, presentation, and general communication skills.
- Well-developed organizational skills.

This is a full-time salaried position based in the continental United States and Hawaii.
The company offers a benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid single-tier medical coverage, paid time off, a 401(k) with matching contribution, dental coverage, vision coverage, life insurance, and disability insurance.
