Role Overview

This position supports the communications function in the UAE by helping plan, execute, and track communications activity, media outreach, events, and content distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the communications team to support the planning and rollout of the UAE communications strategy.
• Prepare summaries and reports for media coverage and event outcomes.
• Work with external organizations to arrange speaking slots and event participation opportunities.
• Manage media gifting coordination, including delivery scheduling and follow-up communication.
• Track press coverage and keep an eye on relevant industry developments and trends.
• Support the drafting and sending of press materials and related communications.
• Organize event operations and step in with on-site assistance when required.

Qualifications

The role calls for a candidate with a relevant bachelor’s degree, excellent communication ability in English and Arabic, strong relationship-building skills, and a well-organized working style. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, the ability to work both independently and with a team, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset are also important.

Languages

Arabic and English fluency are required.
