About the Role

This position is for a concierge at an ultra-luxury beachfront destination in Dubai that combines premium residences with exceptional wellness-focused amenities. The role is centered on delivering high-touch service to residents and guests in a refined, service-driven environment.

Key Duties

• Welcome residents and visitors, and handle their questions, requests, deliveries, and reservation needs in a professional manner.
• Oversee guest and visitor access, working closely with security staff to maintain a safe property.
• Support residents with lifestyle-related arrangements such as transport assistance and recommendations for local services and experiences.
• Keep the lobby and front-of-house areas presented to a high standard and support the smooth running of daily reception operations.

Required Background

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a comparable concierge position within a luxury hotel, 5-star property, or upscale residential setting.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service abilities.
• A polished appearance, good physical fitness, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well within a team.
• Fluency in both Russian and English, as regular interaction with Russian-speaking guests is expected.
