Creative Artworker

Role overview

This is a full-time Creative Artworker position based in Bristol, United Kingdom, with a hybrid working arrangement. The role focuses on turning creative concepts into polished final artwork, preparing production-ready files, retouching imagery, and developing graphics that meet high visual standards.

What you will do

You will work closely with designers and other stakeholders to make sure all output aligns with brand requirements and is delivered on schedule. The role calls for a strong eye for detail, consistent quality, and the ability to keep several tasks moving at once.

Core requirements

The position requires solid experience with artwork production across print, 3D design, and POS / exhibition stand formats, along with capability in both 2D and 3D work. You should be confident in photo retouching, finishing artwork to a professional standard, and adapting graphics to suit design expectations. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design tools is important.

Additional expectations

The ideal candidate will be comfortable collaborating in a team setting, maintaining brand consistency, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience in a creative environment is preferred, and qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a similar discipline would be an added advantage.
