Role summary
Refine Smile Group is hiring a full-time on-site Creative Content Creator in San Diego, CA. The organization is building a modern dental brand in California with a focus on advanced care, strong patient experiences, and clear, engaging storytelling. The role is centered on creating video content that people want to watch and share.
Compensation
The base pay for this position is $60,000, with on-target earnings of $120,000+ through performance-based bonuses. Bonus potential increases when content reaches viewer-count milestones or performs virally.
What this role is and is not
This is not an advertising or marketing-strategy position. You will not be handling lead generation, media buying, SEO, or campaign management. Your core responsibility is to produce strong content and deliver it in the correct format for distribution.
Primary focus
You will create daily social content, commercial-grade video assets, patient stories, and branded media. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who understands modern short-form video and can turn ordinary moments into engaging, trust-building content. The position is fully on-site and includes filming, editing, interviewing patients, working closely with doctors and staff, and helping build a large, high-quality content library.
Content you will produce
You will be expected to create at least four polished advertising videos each month. These may support dental implant campaigns, Invisalign campaigns, cosmetic dentistry campaigns, emergency dentistry campaigns, brand awareness efforts, landing pages, and video sales letters.
In addition, you will produce content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels. Formats and themes may include educational videos, trend-based clips, humorous posts, behind-the-scenes moments, doctor spotlights, team culture content, patient transformation stories, and community involvement pieces. The overall publishing target is 1 to 3 pieces of content per day.

Ideal candidate profile

Tools and submission requirement
Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable editing tools is preferred. A portfolio is required for consideration.
