Fundapartner is hiring a Credit Analyst for an on-site, full-time role in Adenta, Greater Accra Region, Ghana. The position offers a monthly salary of GHS 2,500 to GHS 3,000. This opportunity is suited to a finance professional who combines analytical thinking with a proactive business-development mindset.
Rather than only reviewing numbers, the role focuses on finding potential clients, strengthening their documentation, and packaging their businesses so they are ready for funding discussions with investors and internal stakeholders.
What you will do
- Identify and reach out to businesses that may need financing or investment support, then bring them into the pipeline.
- Examine existing business documents and rebuild them into investor-ready materials, including financial statements, pitch decks, and business plans.
- Evaluate the financial condition, repayment capacity, credit risk, and overall viability of prospective clients.
- Prepare and present completed business cases, financial models, and supporting documents to investors, partners, and internal teams.
- Take ownership of client sourcing and deal generation rather than waiting for leads to be assigned.
What the employer is looking for
- A self-driven professional with an entrepreneurial attitude and a strong sense of initiative.
- Solid capability in credit analysis, financial modelling, and developing business plans and pitch decks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation ability.

- A degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline, along with proven experience in credit analysis or business advisory.
Why this role stands out

- The environment offers continuous learning and practical exposure that can strengthen both business development and financial skills.
- Monthly pay ranges from GHS 2,500 to GHS 3,000.
