Role overview
Promoboxx is hiring a customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join its Customer Services team. This is an entry-level, fully remote, full-time position suited to someone interested in marketing, technology, customer service, and social media. The role offers exposure to a SaaS environment even for candidates without prior SaaS or technical experience.
Promoboxx is a retail marketing platform that helps brands support their local retailers with online marketing. The company works with major names such as YETI, HOKA, Yamaha, Chevrolet, Carhartt, The North Face, and others. It is a compact team of just under 40 people, so every team member is expected to contribute consistently and efficiently.
What you will handle
- Keep track of the support inbox, reply to customer emails, and return incoming phone calls.
- Build strong product knowledge and become a reliable expert on the Promoboxx platform.
- Answer internal questions about how the platform works and the best ways to use it.
- Lead one-on-one Zoom training sessions for users.
- Maintain account information and brand network records, including basic data updates.
- Gain practical exposure to social media marketing, retailer engagement, and brand-led digital campaigns.
- Support the team with other projects and tasks as needed.
