Data Analyst (H/F)

Job Summary

The company is looking for a meticulous and driven Data Analyst to join its team in the United States. This role focuses on turning raw data into clear insights that help guide business choices, strengthen operational performance, and support strategic planning. The right candidate will bring strong analytical ability, comfort handling large datasets, and the communication skills needed to explain findings in a practical way.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, prepare, check, and interpret data from a variety of internal and outside sources.
• Build and update dashboards, reports, and visual displays that support day-to-day business needs.
• Track important KPIs and other business measures, then share regular updates.
• Spot patterns, trends, and useful opportunities through careful data analysis.
• Work with internal stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and business goals.
• Carry out one-off analyses and present conclusions to management.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems and datasets.
• Contribute to data governance efforts and initiatives aimed at improving processes.
• Prepare and keep current documentation for data workflows, reporting outputs, and analytical methods.

Required Qualifications

The ideal applicant should have a degree in a relevant discipline such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Business Analytics, along with 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a similar function. Strong SQL capability, advanced Excel knowledge, and experience with visualization tools are important, as are solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Python, R, statistical modeling, ETL concepts, data warehousing, cloud platforms, and analytics certifications would be an added advantage.
