Role Overview
The organization is hiring a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to assist business development and operations teams by entering, checking, and maintaining records accurately in internal systems. This is a fully remote role and is available to candidates located in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and refresh business and client information with a high degree of accuracy.
- Examine records for completeness, correctness, and consistency.
- Cross-check source documents and fix any mismatches or errors.
- Keep digital files and supporting documents well organized.
- Draft simple reports for internal stakeholders.
- Handle data in line with quality, privacy, and confidentiality expectations.
- Work toward defined productivity and accuracy goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent credential.
- Previous exposure to data entry or administrative work is preferred.
- Fast and accurate typing ability.
- Comfort using MS Excel, Word, and other standard office software.
- Strong focus on detail and good time management.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is USD 38,000 to USD 42,000, depending on experience and performance.
