About the role
Prime Therapeutics is hiring a Data & Reporting Analyst to support decision-making and day-to-day operations through data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. The position focuses on turning raw information into clear, practical reporting outputs that help teams act on insights and improve business performance. This is a remote role.
What you'll do
- Create reporting solutions that follow internal standards and best practices by gathering, checking, interpreting, and organizing data into reports and summaries for assigned client groups.
- Keep existing reports accurate, efficient, dependable, and easy to use.
- Run intake discussions with teams to understand reporting needs and help set project priorities.
- Identify data quality and process improvement opportunities, then partner with system owners to strengthen upstream processes and enhance data workflows.
- Provide training to users and team members when needed.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field, or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience, is required. A high school diploma or GED is also required. Candidates should have 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, along with 1 year of SQL experience. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or residency sponsorship.
Additional qualifications
- Strong ability to review data, diagnose issues, and solve problems using analytical tools.
- Good time management and prioritization skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access, plus familiarity with other reporting tools and technologies.
Preferred experience
- Hands-on experience with reporting platforms such as Cognos, SAS, Alteryx, QlikView, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Background in data consolidation and data modeling.
- Exposure to PBM environments or work involving medical claims, pharmacy claims, healthcare data, or benefits data.
- Experience supporting quality improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Experience gathering requirements, developing training materials, and working directly with end users.
- Advanced Tableau expertise.

Compensation and benefits
The expected pay range for this role is $59,000 to $94,000 per year, depending on experience and skills. Benefits, incentives, and other forms of additional compensation are available through the company benefits program.
