Donor Reporting Manager

Role Overview

An experienced and committed Donor Reporting Manager is needed to support donor and student reporting operations for a nonprofit setting in Karachi. The role centers on maintaining accurate records, coordinating donor renewals, and ensuring that student assignments and donation tracking are kept up to date.

Key Duties

• Check, verify, and organize student and donor information.
• Monitor donor renewals and keep the renewal records current.
• Assign students to the appropriate donors.
• Track the donation sheet and maintain donor correspondence.

Required Skills and Background

• Strong command of English communication.
• Hands-on ability with Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Well-organized, resourceful, and comfortable using technology.
• Prior experience in donor reporting within a respected nonprofit organization is preferred.

Job Details

Employment type: Full-time

Location: Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience preference: 2 to 4 years in donor reporting, ideally in a reputable non-profit environment.

Working schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, plus a half-day on Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:15 pm.

Leave policy: 30 paid leaves per year.
