Role overviewThis position is focused on workshop-based support and job planning for instrumentation maintenance at site. The aim is to keep operations running smoothly, ensure timely maintenance execution, and stay aligned with statutory obligations and company procedures.Core responsibilitiesFollow applicable policies, processes, standard operating methods, maintenance instructions, and work controls so activities are executed consistently and safely.Stay updated on current best practices and industry trends, and help improve systems, workflows, and procedures.Build test methods and formats, and help standardize instrumentation improvement practices in line with group guidelines.Support preparation of workshop maintenance budgets and cost plans, and contribute ideas for better resource use.Plan daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules for instrumentation work in coordination with planning and plant maintenance teams.Help ensure workshop instrumentation KPIs are achieved on a regular basis.Carry out critical instrumentation maintenance tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.Coordinate with relevant teams for external repairs and oversee related instrumentation equipment maintained in site common areas.Support turnaround and shutdown activities for instrumentation systems and equipment, including timely testing and calibration.Assist with spare-parts management by identifying items, monitoring inventory, checking incoming materials, and helping standardize critical spares.Support troubleshooting of critical issues and carry out repair and refurbishment of instrumentation components and equipment.Prepare compliance and audit documents, and help ensure adherence to statutory requirements, HSE obligations, RESOP, CASHe, and mandatory HSEF trainings.Maintain repair logs, test records, MIS reports, and maintenance documentation accurately and on time.Education requiredA bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology with an Instrumentation or Electronics background is required.
