Role Overview
This opportunity is based in Yakima, Washington, where you will step into an established escrow desk with a strong existing client base. The position offers the chance to manage a busy portfolio, support efficient closings, and develop within a respected national organization.
Key Responsibilities
You will oversee escrow transactions from start to finish, work closely with all parties involved in a real estate deal, and help ensure documents, funds, and closing steps are handled accurately and on time.
- Handle real estate escrow files from opening through final closing
- Draft, review, and verify closing paperwork and settlement statements
- Coordinate communication among buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
- Identify and resolve title-related issues to keep closings moving smoothly
- Reconcile escrow balances and release funds correctly
- Provide high-quality service throughout the transaction lifecycle

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience preferred

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the escrow/title industry
- Any required state licensing or certification

Compensation
The hourly base pay range for this position is $24.42 to $32.56. Final pay may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, and location.
