  • Complete quantity take-offs from construction drawings where applicable.
  • Collect supplier pricing and include it in the estimate.

  • Ensure tender submissions are accurate, complete, and well organized.
  • Coordinate document distribution after award and support project handoff.
  • Track, forecast, and report weekly on awarded project performance and support month-end reconciliation.
  • Manage scope changes, invoicing, and progress payment activities.
  • Maintain project files and correspondence for active and closed jobs.
  • Provide technical support to field teams and partner with operations to improve outcomes.
  • Support estimating process discipline, consistency, and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Complete post-bid and post-project analysis and help communicate lessons learned.
  • Assist with RFPs, general contract tenders, prequalification packages, RFQs, and RFIs.
  • Follow Aecon risk management policies and protect proprietary information.
  • Maintain estimating systems and support training of new team members.
  • Help update department policies, processes, standards, and KPI reporting.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
