Estimator II

Job overview

Honeywell is hiring an Estimator II to support the creation of project estimates and help ensure they are accurate, competitive, and delivered on time. In this role, you will contribute to cost analysis, bid planning, and risk evaluation, all of which support the company’s growth and profitability.

What you will do

• Assist with the end-to-end estimation workflow, making sure estimates are produced accurately and within deadlines.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to collect project inputs and translate them into cost estimates.
• Examine plans, specifications, and drawings to understand scope and identify possible project risks.
• Prepare detailed estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work.
• Check subcontractor and supplier quotations for pricing accuracy and competitiveness.
• Support senior estimators and estimating leaders with analysis and estimate preparation.
• Keep track of industry developments, market movements, and emerging technologies related to estimating.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
