  • Keep files, records, and documentation accurate and organized in both digital and paper systems.
  • Build and format reports from EHR and ASAC systems using Excel or similar tools.
  • Look for ways to improve administrative processes, communication flow, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide backup reception support when needed.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment, including employee, donor, board, organizational, and patient records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in administrative support.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Well-developed organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfort with learning and using new technology platforms quickly.
