Southern National Roofing is hiring a full-time Field Inspector in Lexington, SC. This is a W-2 position with weekly pay, paid training, and earnings that combine hourly wages, commission, and performance bonuses. What the Job Involves

In this field-based role, you will move through residential neighborhoods to identify homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection and help arrange appointments with homeowners. The position is focused on ground-level inspection, homeowner education, and appointment setting. You will not be selling and you will not be going onto roofs.

Key Duties

• Cover assigned neighborhoods on foot
• Speak with homeowners directly at their properties
• Carry out simple visual checks from the ground
• Present the company’s complimentary roof inspection service
• Set appointments for the in-home inspection team
• Stay active while working outdoors

Schedule and Work Conditions

• On-site field position
• Availability required Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Must be able to work 40 hours within that schedule

Pay Structure

Compensation includes an hourly rate plus commission and bonuses. Weekly earnings are listed at $770 to $1,350, and weekly pay is offered. First-year team members may earn $40,000 to $70,000+ depending on performance and consistency.

This position is being filled urgently, and the company is looking to start new hires as soon as possible with paid training included.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for commuting to and from the office.
