  • Keep maintenance logs accurate and ensure all records are maintained correctly.
  • Work in line with HACCP, BRC, ISO, and health and safety requirements while keeping the work area clean and orderly.
  • Partner with teams across Bottling, Liquid Processing, and New Product Development to support operational output.
  • Assist with audits and project activity, including travel to other locations such as Portlaoise when needed.

  • Comfortable working with a broad range of tools and maintenance methods.
  • Basic electrical knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Good teamworking and communication abilities, with the confidence to perform under pressure.
  • Willingness to work a rotating two-shift pattern and handle emergencies on site when required.
  • Strong commitment to hygiene, safety, and product quality standards.

Perks and benefits

  • Opportunity to join a small, committed team at First Ireland Spirits, where craftsmanship and product quality are valued.
  • Employer pension scheme.
  • Life assurance cover.
  • Annual bonus linked to performance.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays.
