Quantum Sustainability Consulting Pvt. Ltd is seeking a motivated Fresher Data Analyst for a full-time, on-site role in Australia. This position is suited to recent graduates and early-career candidates who want to build a career in data analysis and business intelligence.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will handle data from different sources and turn it into practical insights that support business decisions. You will be expected to keep information accurate and consistent, create reports and visual dashboards, and contribute to analytics efforts across the organization.

Gather, arrange, and clean data to improve accuracy and consistency.
Review datasets to spot trends, patterns, and useful business insights.
Build reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for stakeholders.
Track key performance indicators and support regular performance reporting.
Help maintain data quality and assist with ongoing analytics projects.
Work with different teams to understand reporting and analysis needs.
Record analytical methods and help improve reporting systems and data processes.

Skills and Profile

The company is looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, solid analytical thinking, and a strong desire to learn. Good communication skills are important, especially when presenting findings clearly to others.

Tools and Technical Knowledge

Microsoft Excel is mandatory for this role. Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Google Sheets, or similar analytics tools is helpful. A basic understanding of statistics, visual reporting, and database concepts is useful, though not required.
