Full-Time Merchandiser

Role Overview

Schwan’s Company is hiring full-time merchandisers in Bloomington, IN to support the visibility and availability of its well-known retail brands, including Red Baron, Tony’s, Freschetta, Mrs. Smith’s, Edwards, bibigo, and Pagoda. In this role, you will help keep products stocked, organized, and presented properly for grocery shoppers.

Compensation and Schedule

The position pays $20 per hour. The work schedule runs Thursday through Tuesday, totaling 40 hours per week.

Key Duties

• Keep company products stocked and visible in assigned retail locations
• Merchandise items and manage product rotation
• Create and maintain effective product displays
• Deliver strong customer service and build positive relationships with store staff
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members

Candidate Profile

• Prior grocery experience is preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required
• Must be able to safely lift up to 35 pounds and move frozen products using the proper equipment
• Need access to a smartphone that can support company technology requirements
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing
