Role summary

The position focuses on producing engaging design work for marketing and brand communication. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, attentive to detail, and comfortable working with multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, banners, social media creatives, brochures, and similar marketing collateral.
Develop visual assets for websites, digital promotions, campaigns, and presentations.
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand briefs and turn them into effective creative outputs.
Retouch and edit images, build infographics, and shape visual narratives that align with brand standards.
Handle several assignments at once and complete deliverables on time, including under pressure.
Keep all design work consistent and maintain a high standard of quality across every output.

Software and technical requirements

Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Working knowledge of tools such as CorelDRAW, Canva, or comparable design platforms.
Basic familiarity with motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of typography, color combinations, layout composition, and current design trends.
Awareness of print production and digital output standards.

Candidate profile

A graduate with relevant exposure to industry-standard design tools and techniques.
1 to 2 years of practical experience in graphic design.
A creative professional with a strong visual sense and aesthetic judgment.
Capable of working independently, organizing tasks efficiently, and solving problems proactively.
Good communication and coordination skills.
