This opportunity is for a designer who can translate a brief into visually strong work that also improves business results. It is a practical, fast-moving role within a small team, where creative pieces are launched in days rather than months and their performance is visible quickly.
Role overview
You will design for the website, email campaigns, and paid media channels. The position calls for a high output of branded, conversion-led creative, with AI generation used as a core part of the workflow rather than as an occasional add-on. You will provide the creative judgement, brand consistency, and commercial thinking, while AI is used to speed up production and expand output.
Key work areas
- Create graphics, banners, and landing page visuals for the website
- Design email marketing assets and reusable templates
- Produce paid social and display creatives that are set up for testing and conversion
- Direct and refine AI-generated imagery so it fits naturally within the brand identity
- Develop seasonal creative for major trading periods such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas, when speed and volume become especially important
- Handle additional design tasks across the wider business as needed
What the company is looking for
The ideal candidate is a mid-level digital designer with a strong portfolio, preferably showing work for e-commerce or consumer-facing brands. The portfolio should demonstrate both visual quality and commercial impact.
You should be comfortable working with AI image tools, including prompting, editing, and adapting outputs. You will know when AI is the right approach and when a different method is better, and you should be enthusiastic about the rapid changes happening in this space.
