Role overview
The organization is hiring a Graphic Designer to work with Art Directors and Studio teams on a range of digital and traditional marketing materials. The position involves turning creative ideas into polished deliverables while keeping brand standards and production requirements intact.
What you will do
- Assist Art Directors by preparing source files and making design updates for email, social media, video, web, and direct marketing materials.
- Develop layouts and carry out design directions provided by Art Directors, with close attention to precision and consistency.
- Protect and apply brand guidelines across all assets and campaigns.
- Work closely with Studio colleagues so that technical specs and production needs are satisfied.
- Review feedback positively and incorporate revisions in a collaborative and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Completion of post-secondary studies in a field related to Graphic Design.
- Ability to juggle several projects of different complexity levels, stay organized, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency with design tools and applications such as Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Excellent eye for detail.
- Familiarity with web design and development fundamentals, including responsive design, HTML5, and CSS.
Work arrangement
This is a hybrid position. Employees are expected to be in the Toronto office three days each week.
