Role overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia who can create a strong first impression, make guest transactions smooth, and help deliver memorable stays through attentive service and useful local guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and set the tone for a positive stay from the moment they arrive.
- Recognize and acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, whether they connect in person or by phone.
- Handle guest booking payments, including taking, managing, and receiving payments accurately.
- Support a quick, efficient, and hassle-free check-in and check-out experience.
- Stay ahead of guest needs by anticipating requests and offering recommendations suited to their preferences.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for guests, assisting with concerns such as billing questions and dining suggestions.
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication abilities to handle both complaints and compliments with ease.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to turn challenges into positive guest experiences.
- Fluency in the local language; additional languages are welcome but not mandatory.
- Comfort with reading, writing, basic arithmetic, and using computers.
