About the Role
St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Guest Relation Associate for its New Delhi property. This role is centered on shaping a memorable guest journey rather than simply handling routine check-in and check-out tasks. The associate will act as a Guest Experience Expert, taking initiative to support guests throughout their stay and ensuring every interaction feels smooth, personalized, and welcoming.
What You Will Do
- Support guests across the full stay experience by handling a broad mix of front-of-house and operational needs.
- Take ownership of guest requests and help resolve them in a timely, courteous manner.
- Complete reports and other day-to-day operational tasks as required.
- Share useful information about the local area to enrich the guest experience.
- Move around the workspace proactively and step in wherever service support is needed.
Work Standards and Physical Expectations
- Maintain a safe workplace and follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Protect confidential information and safeguard company property and assets.
- Keep personal appearance, uniform, and communication style professional at all times.
- Be comfortable working on your feet for long periods and performing hands-on duties.
- Be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned to support guests and the business.
Preferred Background
- A high school diploma or GED-equivalent qualification is preferred.
- No prior related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is needed.
- No license or certification is required for this role.
