About the Role
EOS, a global leader in industrial 3D printing, is looking for support for its Digital Workplace team in Krailling, Bavaria. The company describes its work culture around technology, purpose, and independence, with a focus on helping shape a better future through responsible manufacturing.
What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming IT incidents and service requests via phone, email, or the ticketing tool, and provide first-level troubleshooting for common issues such as password resets, printer faults, and basic network problems.
- Escalate more complex cases to second-level support or the relevant specialist team.
- Assist with setting up workplaces, rolling out hardware, and installing software.
- Support Windows and Mac environments, as well as applications including Microsoft 365 and other internal business tools.
- Maintain inventories for hardware and software and help with user onboarding and offboarding processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Completed vocational training in an IT-related field, such as a specialist for system integration, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong service mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Very good German and English skills.
