About the Role
This position is for a Junior Relationship Manager based in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland. The role focuses on supporting the rollout and ongoing management of company products and services within a retailer network, while also handling client relationships and operational follow-up.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with implementing and administering products and services across the retailer network, making sure onboarding and daily account support run smoothly.
- Develop trusted relationships with both new and current clients, serving as a dependable first point of contact and resolving questions promptly and professionally.
- Track and analyse account performance, including measures such as sales penetration and product profitability, using Excel and internal business systems.
- Support pricing reviews and budget monitoring so product lines stay aligned with company goals.
- Keep records accurate and prepare clear reports and spreadsheets for internal teams.
Performance Measures
- Client satisfaction and retention across the assigned portfolio.
- Speed and accuracy in reporting and data handling.
- Sales penetration performance across the product range.
- Following company processes and regulatory obligations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service or another client-facing position is required.
- You should feel comfortable working with figures, identifying patterns in data, and drawing practical conclusions.
- Strong capability in Excel and Microsoft Office, including creating and managing spreadsheets to a solid standard.
- Clear, professional communication skills with an approachable style.
- Good organisation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle several accounts at once.
- Interest in financial or insurance products would be helpful, though it is not mandatory.
