Lead Maintenance (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical)

About the Role

This position is for a Lead Maintenance professional responsible for supporting electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical upkeep at the Dahej site. The role focuses on keeping plant equipment reliable, coordinating planned work, and handling maintenance activities in a process-driven industrial environment.

Core Work

• Take charge of maintenance planning and execution across electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical areas.
• Diagnose issues, investigate failures, and carry out root-cause analysis to support lasting fixes.
• Follow established standards and procedures while ensuring work is completed effectively.
• Coordinate turnaround and shutdown activities so maintenance work is completed safely and on schedule.
• Manage contractors and guide external teams during maintenance and repair jobs.
• Apply knowledge of relevant codes and technical standards during maintenance execution.
• Support periodic, preventive, and shutdown maintenance for mechanical equipment and associated systems.
• Oversee repair and refurbishment work and ensure tasks are completed with proper quality.
• Use cross-functional understanding to work with different teams and improve execution.
