Role Overview

This position is not a traditional project management job; it calls for a highly connected, relationship-led specialist who can act as the key link between bp2w® and enterprise customers, as well as its international reseller network. The main objective is to lead the technical and cultural rollout of the platform across major accounts while helping expand adoption and partner reach.

The role includes a deployment incentive linked to successful implementation and integration across new and existing networks.

What You Will Do

  • Represent bp2w® during enterprise rollouts and develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, HR leaders, and internal sponsors to support adoption.
  • Lead large-scale deployment and expansion activity across multinational accounts in the UK, DACH, and North America.
  • Help onboard, support, and certify channel partners and licensed resellers so they can deploy the platform effectively within their own client portfolios.
  • Coordinate high-level API and SSO integration discussions involving Workday and SAP between customer IT teams and the internal technical function.
  • Guide customers through procurement, compliance requirements, including ISO 27001 readiness, and change-management challenges.
