Maintenance Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance execution through to plant handover to the client. The role is centered on delivering maintenance work in a way that aligns with contractual obligations and project goals for safety, quality, cost, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive maintenance execution until the plant is formally handed over to the client.
• Coordinate support for rotating, static, electrical, and instrumentation equipment maintenance.
• Review technical project documents such as P&IDs, isometrics, and layout drawings to spot possible issues.
• Take part in maintenance engineering tasks, including asset register development, RCM, RBI, maintenance planning, and CMMS setup.
• Assist with predictive maintenance work using vibration data, oil condition, thermal imaging, and CBM analysis.
• Contribute to turnaround planning and execution, including shutdown readiness, repair and retrofit work, and reducing downtime.
• Use knowledge of corrosion behavior, materials, and standards such as NACE, API, and ISO in daily work.
• Maintain strong HSE practices, including hazard awareness, PPE use, permit-to-work compliance, and environmental care.
• Support maintenance operations across process facilities, including onshore, offshore, and FPSO environments.
• Lead, guide, and supervise team members engaged in maintenance activities.
• Organize workload distribution and improve resource use across tasks.
• Assist with post-order materials handling, covering supply chain coordination, expediting, logistics, and quality checks.

Candidate Profile

• Proven understanding of maintenance execution for rotating, static, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, and layout plans.
• Good grasp of maintenance engineering processes, including asset registers, RCM, RBI, maintenance plans, and CMMS preparation.
• Working knowledge of predictive maintenance methods such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermal imaging, and CBM.
• Familiarity with turnaround management, shutdown preparation, repair, retrofit work, and downtime reduction.
• Understanding of corrosion mechanisms, materials, and applicable standards including NACE, API, and ISO.
• Strong commitment to HSE practices, including risk awareness, PPE, permit-to-work systems, and environmental protection.
• Exposure to process facilities, including onshore/offshore plants and FPSO operations.
• People management skills, including coaching, supervision, planning workloads, and allocating resources effectively.
• Knowledge of post-order materials management, including supply chain, expediting, logistics, and quality control.
